The aim of this research paper is to study Arab youth migration flows toward European countries on the basis of recent international reports. Migration has been one of the fundamental issues that have significantly affected the Middle East and North Africa for decades, and many inhabitants of the region seek to leave their countries in search of a better life and new opportunities in foreign countries. The findings of the study indicate that a large proportion of citizens of the Arab region seek to leave their countries in search of better living conditions elsewhere. However, the level of the desire to migrate varies according to economic and social conditions and the migration opportunities actually available. Most of those wishing to migrate are young people and university-educated individuals, as the younger generation shows greater interest in seeking new opportunities and a life in other countries. Migration is not merely the movement of individuals; rather, it is a transformative force capable of reshaping societies, economies, and cultures. In the future, migration is expected to continue playing a pivotal role in shaping the Arab region. The study provides a comprehensive perspective aimed at harnessing the potential of migration for the benefit of all by adopting a comprehensive and forward-looking approach to migration and development. This can help build a future in which the movement of individuals becomes a source of strength and resilience in the Arab region.
