This research paper provides an extensive critical evaluation of contemporary Italian public law, constitutional adjudication, and administrative governance. Focusing on the 1948 Constitution of the Italian Republic (Costituzione della Repubblica Italiana), the jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court (Corte Costituzionale), and parliamentary dynamics, this study examines executive decree-making powers and legislative oversight. Furthermore, it analyzes asymmetrical regional devolution under Title V reforms, fundamental social rights protection, the Code of Digital Administration (Codice dell'Amministrazione Digitale), and compliance with European Union regulatory frameworks.
