This research paper provides an extensive critical analysis of contemporary Serbian humanities, jurisprudence, and political philosophy. By examining the foundational contributions of South Slavic historiography, legal scholars at the University of Belgrade, and modern constitutional theorists, this study evaluates how Serbian academic institutions navigate EU accession frameworks, post-conflict reconciliation, regional security, and cultural heritage preservation in the Western Balkans. Furthermore, it highlights advancements in Serbian digital humanities, legal harmonisation, and historical methodology in the twenty-first century.
