These platforms have come to guide individuals' choices and impose a unilateral pattern that threatens national sovereignty and cultural privacy, raising fundamental questions about the crisis of digital citizenship and strategies for protecting national and cultural security, and calling for effective public policies based on digital education, strategic digital sovereignty, and a value charter to regulate its uses.
