In a constantly evolving environment, optimizing individual performance requires combining organizational productivity with employee fulfillment. Based on a deductive approach and a review of positivist literature, our study identifies four fundamental pillars: strategic alignment, motivation, skills development, and recognition. Through a three-step process—key concepts, current challenges, and operational strategies—this article offers a pragmatic analytical framework to support human performance in the face of transformations in the world of work.
