Retraction Policy
AJESS takes the retraction of published articles seriously and addresses situations where retraction is necessary, such as ethical violations, serious errors, or mistakenly published content. The retraction process follows these steps:
- Reason for Retraction: The author submits a retraction request along with an explanation for the withdrawal, such as an error or ethical issue.
- Evaluation: The editorial team reviews the retraction request and may seek reviewer feedback.
- Notification: The retracted article is published on the website under "Retractions" for transparency.
- Record Keeping: The retracted article is removed from the active content but remains accessible in the archives, along with the reason for retraction.
This policy ensures the integrity of the journal and upholds scientific and ethical standards.
